The secret of good teacher is to regard the child's intelligance as a fertile feed in which seeds may be sown, to grow under the heat of
flaming imagination. Our aim is not only to make the child understand, and still less to force him to memorize but so to touch his imagination as to enthuse him to his innermost core. We do not want
complacent pupils, but eager ones. We seek to sow life in the child rather than therories to help him in his growth mental and emotional as well as physical and for that we must offer drand and
lofty ideas to the human mind.
Montessori is a
philosophy with the fundamental intent that a child learns best with a socail enivronment, which supports each individual's development. What makes Montessori unique is the "whole child approach".
The primary goal of a Montessori program is to help each child reach its full potential in all areas of life. Activities promote the development of socail skills, emotional growth, and physical
coordination as well as cognitive education. The holistic curriculum under the guidance of a specially prepared teachers allows the child to experience the joy of learning, time to enjoy the process,
and insuresthe development of self-esteem, and provides
the experiences from which children create their knowledge and their personalities.
